The Appraiser Zone is neither an agent of the individual or entity ordering an appraisal, other valuation service or other settlement services, nor an agent of the appraiser or other provider (whether an individual or entity) providing any such services. The relationship (including any agreements) between the individual (or entity) ordering the services and the appraiser (or other provider) providing the services is independent of The Appraiser Zone, and The Appraiser Zone does not assume any obligations, duties or liabilities with respect to the services provided or appraisals produced by such third party providers. The Appraiser Zone shall not be liable for or obligated by or under any such relationships (or agreements) or any actions or services of any parties related thereto. Any and all questions, concerns or disputes which may arise related to the services or appraisals must be handled directly between the party ordering the services or appraisals and the party providing the services or appraisals.





Use of Site

Payment and Invoicing



User shall pay the appropriate fees for all products and services as set forth in The Appraiser Zones Fee schedules, which are subject to change from time to time. User shall pay any and all federal, state and local taxes, or other assessments arising in connections with the transactions completed.

Payments for all The Appraiser Zone amounts must be made payable via credit card to The Appraiser Zone, Inc. If you need help with the payment options, you may contact The Appraiser Zone’s support team at support@theappraiserzone.com.

By accepting the terms of this agreement, you are authorizing The Appraiser Zone to charge your designated credit card for all associated fees and charges.

Please make your payments on time. Late charges at the rate of 1.5% or $10 whichever is greater per month accrue on the amount of any invoice for which payment is not received within thirty days after the date of the invoice.

It is The Appraiser Zone's policy to suspend access to The Appraiser Zone and the delivery of information to any party who is past due in its obligations to The Appraiser Zone.





Governing Law/ Arbitration



This agreement shall be construed and governed by the State of California, U.S.A. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in the County of San Diego, State of California, for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. All matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by U.S. federal law or the laws of the State of California.
